Top holiday gift picks for Dad
Here are some gift ideas for the dads in your life (from Daddy Duck’s gift list, of course):
- XBox 360 wireless controller – because the little one can’t keep his hands off the wired controllers!
- Of course, the XBox 360 to go along with it – he can dream, right??
- Final Fantasy XII – if he doesn’t have this game already, it’s a definite must-have, Daddy Duck deems it “the best of all the Final Fantasy Games”, mainly because of the new battle system (no more cheesy battle warps, your enemies appear on the same screen with your characters) and the incredible graphics.
- The Jabra BT500 Bluetooth Headset – definitely the best of the headset brands out there, in both quality and design.
- Brazil – The Criterion Collection – this DVD is one of his all-time favorites, and the Criterion editions are musts for the collector.
- Destroy All Humans 2 – this hilarious game is even better the second time around, get the first one
as well if you don’t already have it!
- iPod Video ToughSkin with Belt Clip – because he’s rough on his iPod Video – also makes a great carrying case with the belt clip.
- Belkin’s Auto Kit for the iPod – because it’s so nice to use that iPod in the car (the millions of mix CDs can finally stop cluttering up my car!).
Linked to Third World County (what cute spam you have…..) and mentioning the Carnival of Family Life which is up today as well….

Another good idea is to investigate your family surname through Old World Names. You can purchase them at QVC, they come handsigned and dated, and they make for an interesting look at the history of your family.
Don’t you mean, “My, what cute spam you have, Grandpa”?
*heh*
(Feeling every minute of my age today… coffee, need more coffee…
)
As to Xmas gifts for this guy… some time with Son & Heir doing some automechanicking will do nicely, along with time dishing and dicing some movies/books with Lovely Daughter. Yep. That’d about do it, cos more stuff is exasctly what I don’t need.
But then, maybe I need more stuff to put my stuff ,i>in, ya think?

Ha! My dad said he wants money, cuz he won’t have to take it back and it fits any size!
I’m getting massage stuff for my Dad since he has been complaining of back aches and sore hands and feet. For the first time in history, I didn’t have a hard time getting him a gift. It used to be like a tooth being pulled. He had everything he needed and wanted.
