I used to cut Anna’s bangs, but after 4 years of drama she decided to let her hair grow out. OYE, the tears, the squirming, the yelling… I think she did a little of those too, LOL. She is almost there, almost bang-less. She was 4 1/2 when she decided… It’s her hair. Which ever tips you use, I wish you luck!

Glad to hear I’m not the only one whose son freaks out during haircuts! I’ve resorted to doing it in the bathtub at home before he takes a bath and gets rid of the itchy hair. He still cries, but not so badly. Trouble is, his hair won’t ever win any modeling contests!

When my son was little, it was the water spray bottle that freaked him out. He was fine as long as they didn’t spray him. They had to use wet combs to get his hair damp.

We always sit our 5 boys in front of a movie that they love…this keeps the “wiggles” to a minimum!
