1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup chopped almonds, walnuts or granola

Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

Dump cranberries into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Dump apple pie filling into pan. Spread mixture evenly and “sift” dry cake mix on top.   Cut up butter and dot top of cake. Sprinkle nuts or granola on top of cake. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then cut into squares.

Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.

1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 pint sour cream
1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
6oz. chocolate chips
3/4C oil
4 eggs
1C water
Spray inside of crock with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl; pour into crockpot. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours. Serve warm with ice cream and chocolate syrup.

1 box yellow cake mix
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 oz. softened cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13×9″ cake pan. Whisk the dry ingredients* together in one bowl. In a larger bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, water, oil and soft cream cheese until thoroughly mixed. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into the cake pan and smooth out the top. The batter will be quite thick. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted all the way to the bottom of the center of the cake comes out clean.

* You can adjust the spices to your preference. You can also add raisins if you like.

2 medium eggs.
2 cups of flour.
1 cup of buttermilk.
1 ½ cups of sugar.
½ cup of butter.
2 tablespoons of cocoa.
2 tablespoons of hot coffee.
1 teaspoon of red food coloring.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Frosting.

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Cream the butter; then add the sugar, beating thoroughly.

Add the eggs and beat well.

Combine the coffee, cocoa and red food colouring; then to creamed mixture and beat.

Dissolve the baking soda in the buttermilk, stirring thoroughly.

Combine the flour and the salt; then add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk mixture.

Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured eight-inch round cake pans.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Allow to cool in pans for 15 minutes.

Remove from pans and allow to fully cool.

Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.
