1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together, add one egg at a time, than add the bananas.
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, powder and salt and than add slowly to large bowl.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

3 soft, ripe bananas mashed
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, flour, soda, bananas, and chopped nuts.
Pour banana bread batter into 1 greased & floured loaf pan; bake at 325 F for about 1hr 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
2 ripe medium bananas
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (3/4 cup)
1/4 cup water
1 T. honey
1 t. vanilla
Peel bananas, break into chunks. Place in food processor or blender container. Add orange juice concentrate, water and honey. Process until smooth. Pour evenly into 3 oz. paper or plastic cups. Cover top of each cup with a small piece of aluminum foil. Insert a wooden stick through center of foil into banana mixture. Place cups on tray, freeze until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, remove foil; tear off paper cups, or slide out of plastic cups.
