Swiss Bacon Pleasers
September 2nd, 20071 pkg. crescent rolls
4 Swiss cheese slices, grated
4 slices bacon, crumbled
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry minced onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Grease and flour two 8 x 8 inch baking dishes. Press 2 crescent rectangles into bottom and 1 inch up on sides of pan. Mix egg, onion and milk. Sprinkle cheese on dough and pour egg mixture over cheese. Crumble bacon all over. Top with parsley. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cut in squares. Serve hot.
