1 lb. hamburger
1 box stuffing mix
1 c. water
1 c. BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix hamburger, dry stuffing mix, water, and 1/2 c. BBQ sauce. Put in loaf pan. Cover with remaining BBQ sauce. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through (if using muffin tins, halve the cooking time).
