1 package frozen strawberries (20 oz.) thawed
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 bottle sparkling water (25 oz.) chilled

1. Process strawberries and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-wire mesh strainer; discard solids.

2. Stir sugar into strawberry-lime mixture until sugar melts; stir in sparkling water and serve immediately.

Makes 5 servings (1 cup each)
