Spring Green & Brown Polka Dot Photo Thank You Card

Available as a flat double-sided or a folded four-panel card, this spring green & brown polka dotted thank you card design features a photo on the front, along with “Thank You” and your names optionally shadowed beneath. An additional photo may be included on the back of this card, as well as initials or other wording. When created as a folded card, the inside may be left in solid green for you to handwrite a message, or may be pre-printed with a custom message of thanks if desired. The colors can be changed to suit your wedding colors or photo (see our Pink & Brown Polka Dot Photo Thank You as one idea), as can the wording, fonts & photo tint (black & white and sepia conversions are available).
Available in sets of 25, white unlined 28 lb. envelopes are included at no additional charge.
