Spinach Cheese Dip
April 8th, 200810 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
3 T. from an envelope of vegetable soup mix
8 oz. sharp cheddar-shredded
4 green onions-chopped
1 c. mayo
8 oz. sour cream
2 oz. chopped black olives
1 T. cider vinegar
1/2 t. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Put spinach and all other ingredients into a food processor and pulse until blended, but slightly chunky. Cover and chill up to 2 days. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
