Salsa Saturday: Fiery Berry Mango Salsa

Sweet fruits dance with a fiery habanero in this fiery berry mango salsa.  This raspberry mango salsa is hot!  Serve with quesadillas or warm tortilla chips with asiago cheese slices. Makes about 2 cups. 


1 ripe mango

6 oz. raspberries

1 habanero pepper

2 tsp. granulated sugar

1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Mash the raspberries in a medium bowl.  Peel and chop the mango and add to the bowl.  Mince the habanero pepper and then mix with the mango and raspberries.  Add the sugar and lemon juice.  This will keep about a week in the refrigerator.
