Here is a brief explanation of our process, which should help you:
1. Fill out the proof request form on that design’s product page and
write in the “notes” section that you want the lavender & silver-gray
version.
2. Once you have placed your proof request form with all applicable
information, and your photos are all received & usable, you will be placed
in the proofing queue. Your designer usually emails your first
draft/proof in under 24 hours, but it can take up to 2 business days.
3. You can request changes to your proof up to 6 times for free.
4. Once you have approved a proof for printing, we will send you an
invoice; and once the invoice is paid, we will have your design printed
and shipped to you.
