1 sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter
6 T. flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2-16 oz. cans pineapple chunks (drained)
Preheat oven to 350
Combine flour, sugar and cheese.
Fold in pineapple.
Spread in 9×13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and dot with butter.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
