Penne and Cheddar Pasta

Penne and Cheddar Pasta Recipe

4 cups Penne pasta
1 1/2 Tbsps Butter
1 1/2 Tbsps Flour
3 cups Milk
1 1/2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Cook and drain pasta.  Melt the butter and whisk in the flour and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently to make a roux.  Whisk in the milk and slowly heat.  Whisk in the cheese.  Add the Worcestershire and cayenne. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.  Toss with the pasta and serve.
