To request a free proof with your custom wording, photos & customizations, please add the item(s) you would like to your cart, complete the proof request process, then e-mail us your photos with your order number in the subject line after you have completed the request. No payment is necessary until you approve your proof. Proof requests sent without submitting a proof request & referencing an order number cannot be filled. Please read our image standards & refund policy before submitting your proof request.

Proofing (with your photos if applicable) is required before you may purchase a design. Shipping & Handling costs are calculated at the end of the proof request process. The initial design takes up to 2 business days per proof and change request after all your photos, information & applicable releases have been received, then an estimated 3-5 business days for printing after your final proof(s) are approved & payment is completed, and another 2-3 business days for our standard USPS Priority Mail Shipping. We recommend placing your order at least a month before the date of your event to allow adequate time for proofing, printing, shipping & for you to mail to your guests.
