No, no tired, no nap!

October 9th, 2006
sleeping toddler
Me, tired?? Never!! Even after being asked several times by Mama if I wanted to go lie down, I mumbled with half-open eyes, “no nap, mama, no tired”. Of course, instead of moving me to my bed, she had to take this embarassing photo of me actually NAPPING….. ruining my reputation forever….

Why do kids insist they’re not tired even if their eyes are closing as they say it?

poor boy, he lets his defense down for one minute and mama duck get him! j/k we’ve all got to have some blackmail on the kids. What else would we use when they’re teenagers.
