No Bake Pumpkin Pie
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. french vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 c. whip cream
1 graham cracker crust
Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, spice in a small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed w/ electric mixer until well blended.(about 1 min.) Fold in whip cream. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. (about 4 hours) Enjoy..
