No Bake Pumpkin Pie

No Bake Pumpkin Pie Recipe:

1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. french vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 c. whipped cream
1 graham cracker crust

Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, and the pumpkin pie spice in a small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed w/ electric mixer until well blended (about 1 min.). Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm (about 4 hours). Enjoy!
