Night conversations with the toddler
Our life at 3am this morning:
Lil’ Duck: “Mama, mama, mama, maaaaaaammaaaaaaaa…..”
Mama: “Uhhhhhhhhhhhh, what??”
Lil’ Duck: “Mama, mama, mama, ‘ippy, ‘ippy, duck, ‘ifford”
Mama: “Yes, sippy, duck, Clifford, thank you”
Lil’ Duck a few minutes later: “Mama, mama, maaaaammaaaaaa??”
Mama: “WHAT?!!!”
Lil’ Duck: *kisses* “Hugs, Mama, hugs.”
Perhaps making up for the lack of sleep……
It takes a Mommy to understand what her child is saying!
even at 3am they still melt your heart!
Awww…they can even be cute at 3AM!!!
