Hi, I’m visiting from the Blogging Chicks carnival. Very funny story about the keyboard. A couple of times, I have (accidentally) pulled keys off my laptop keyboard while trying to clean it and it took me forever to get it put back together. One time I even had to recruit a co-worker to help me!

LOL at the Q-tip dispenser. It seems that kids can often find very creative ways to use household appliances and such.

visiting the carnival – that is too funny about taking the keyboard apart and not knowing how it goes back together!! I would have done the same thing.

one tip – I learned that if you dip a qtip in rubbing alcohol, it cleans between the keys quite easily and the alcohol dries quickly too. gets lots of gooeys out. if you have the time.

Too funny! My 5 year old was like that. She gave up naps at 6 months and that was that. She has never taken another nap (unless she’s sick). It’s very tiring.

The Q-tip dispenses had me laughing out loud.

Very funny. I like just going with the flow and using the VCR as a Qtip dispenser. My little duck mastered the VCR and DVD player well before two years old. This causes us to find DVDs all around and out of their cases (and scratched) at times, but fortunately he never tried to put anything into the VCR that doesn’t belong. And now he can even entertain his short attention span by ejecting and inserting a new video.

Oh my. I remember when our son was little – he had his own unique places to create art – like the living room wall – because no other canvas was big enough for him .
It will get better, believe me – it is just for a short time you feel like your cleaning all the time.
