Lemon Rosemary Mayonnaise
September 14th, 20082 cups mayonnaise
2 t. chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 t. grated lemon rind
1 garlic clove, pressed
Stir together all ingredients. cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups. Good on fish, or in place of tartar sauce. Also good on smoked turkey sandwiches.
