Lemon Graham Squares

Lemon Graham Squares Recipe:

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

Combine sweetened milk and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, combine crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in butter until crumbly. Press half of the crumbs into a 9 inch square pan. Pour lemon mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
