Instructions for Little Leaps - quick links for troubleshooting
January 15th, 2007When we reviewed the Leapfrog Little Leaps system back in September, we did not have any technical issues with pairing the controller to our Playstation 2, or with the games running. The only issues we had were with some of the actual game discs. You can read our update on the Little Leaps system for more information. However, given the number of people who contact me about their issues with the Little Leaps system, here are two easy ways to get customer support from Leapfrog:
- Read their troubleshooting questions & answers to see if your problem is addressed there - if not, then…
- Go to the support tab on the bottom of the main Leapfrog page, then click on Ask A Question, then find the Little Leaps in the drop down product listing.

I have been waiting for Leap Frog to get back to me via their online support system, but the wait is getting 3 weeks long. We lost the quick setup guide, and I can’t find it online, could you please help me and provide a pdf or instructions of sort sort? Thanks a million in advance!

Thank you so much! I was trying to find codes for the set up as I lost them and found your site! I tried to contact leap frog and they told me that they do not support the use of play station with their products! I was so mad! Then I found your review and you said that you got it to work! Then I got the codes from one of your links! I haven’t actually tried it yet but hopefully it will!

lost quick set up guide for my little leaps and don’t know code for my dvd
My son, being the explorer he is, broke our dvd player so we had to buy a new one and now I cannot find my quick set up guide for little leaps. I need the code for my new dvd player.
just was wondering if there was a set up code for the xbox 360 for the little leaps? I tried the xbox code and the sony code and neither will work. Thanks
I have made several attempts to set up my grandchild’s Little Leaps on my Poloroid portable DVD player. Have used all the Poloroid codes and the list of random codes. Any suggestions?
Had no problems with the Phillips one I have in the livingroom.

I received a little leaps leap frog video game system for my son for christmas and there is not a code for my magnavox dvd player, I would like to know the code for it so he can enjoy it. Please try and help me as soon as possible, my son really wants to play with it. After all it is a christmas gift thanks.
I need the setup code for a Sunstech DVD player. I have tried all of the extra codes and none of them work. We got it setup on our LG DVD player at home, but now he wants to play on the sunstech at grandma´s house….can anyone help??
