How to give up caffeine, Day 3

Ugh, getting up early to go to church is made ten times worse without that sugar/caffeine jolt in the morning. I’d add a tip for anyone following along - make sure you have something to replace that morning beverage, like juice or something reasonably healthy, it does seem to help a bit. More sleep would be even better though…

    wow… i am weaning my ass off caffeine and it is killing me… i am down to either one cup of coffee or one diet soda… and lots of decaf green tea!
