Friday Feast (111)

20

I’m feeling a little better today, so I should be able to start on my list and start getting back to normal around here soon. In the meantime, we have a feast!

Appetizer
What was the very last song you listened to?

Ummmmmmm, I just woke up. Probably the Backyardigans theme song yesterday….. “your back-yard friends, the back-yyyyaaaarrrrddddddd- igans!!” Boy, can those things get stuck in the head….

Soup
What is one company/store/corporation you would recommend that people stay away from?

Big Lots ;) – I’ve seen scary things in that store…..

Salad
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how much do you enjoy having your picture made?

1-2….. just not a fan!

Main Course
Besides a bookmark, what is something you’ve used to keep your place in a book?

Kleenex, random pieces of paper, bills, envelopes, paper clips, birthday cards, DVD’s, CD’s, anything else that is handy. I promptly lose every bookmark I’ve ever owned.

Dessert
Name a food that you like that most people don’t.

Hmmmmmm…. raw onions??

  2. Ma says:

Boy do I know your appetizer! My granddaughter loves that cartoon. Your dessert is something that people from Hawai’i eat all the time with sea salt.

    thanks for dropping by.

  3. Olwen says:

Good list. Not heard of your appetizer. But I live in UK so maybe we don’t get that here. Not keen on raw onion.

  4. Connie says:

My husband is so like your main course. For some reason he will still buy bookmarks and they always end up lost.

    Nice feast.

    Take care,
    Connie

  5. You really have a strange dessert. I love onions too but not raw.

I am an onion fan too. My uncles used to have an onion eating contest every morning…crazy guys! There are some things that are just scary to me….Backyardigans are one, but at the top of the list is Teletubbies. tee-hee
    My feast is served…

I used to keep pages with bills too, but got tired of losing money. Besides, once they changed singles to coins (in Canada), the damn things just kept slipping out.

  15. Barb says:

I’m sure there are fans of Big Lots but that store makes me nuts. What a mess! I’ve never been inside one that wasn’t just a complete mess.

  16. Tonya says:

I share in your Backyardigans songs lol. But it helps that I love that cartoon too. I used to eat raw onions like an apple, except we would put mustard on it too. My list is up too!
