Fishing fun…. catching some bloggers!
August 8th, 2006Ok, I’ve been seeing this around and couldn’t resist playing. Platypus & Bloggin’ Out Loud taught me how to fish, go check it out! Blogger fishin’ that is of course. For those of you not familiar with blogger fishin’ here’s how it works:
1. Set your bait by posting links to other bloggers. I’m fishing for regulars but also the trophy fish - just for fun!
2. Stir up the chum by clicking on the links and encouraging others to do so as well!
3. Wait for the bloggers to take the bait when they check their hitcounter, TTLB, or Technorati ranking.
4. Reel ‘em in!
If you get caught, let me know in the comment section of this post (that will ‘release’ you, lol). Now getting caught doesn’t mean you’re TAGGED necessarily, but if you want to try a little fishin’ of your own feel free to do so - you just can’t resist this much fun, eh?

sorry I have not been around much I am starting to get into organisational overload for this trip. Usually an adult is around this time my 18 year old is the adult in charge so I am making lists and more lists etc lol.
I finally updated my blog today as well ( actually republished something from the past)
This is so funny…I have been caught! Perhaps tomorrow I will actually post about this…since I have so much housework I should be doing!! I will need something much more important to do that clean…like post about this!!

Yes, I’m back at school, but you know all day while I was setting up my class (we get kids Monday) I was wondering what was happening in blog world. Our network’s not hooked up in my room yet, or I sure woulda taken a break 
StatCounter reminded me to drop by for a visit… because it logged a visit from YOUR blog to mine… Haven’t looked mat other links stats, yet, so that bait didn’t hook me in.
Heck, you know I’d have been by once or twice this week, anyway, right?

*heh* Random Yak did this a while back, and I only noticed cos I read his feed. I guess I really ought to be more linkage-obsessed, since I was told last night that TTLB had “found” most of the links to twc that it “lost” in June and zoomed me back up in its rankings again. Maybe I’ll check there later tonight and see what that means.
