Easy White Christmas Bars
October 26th, 20081 lb white almond bark-chopped
3.5 jar macadamia nuts
6 oz sweet, dried cranberries
Melt chocolate in a 3 qt saucepot over boiling water, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and berries to blend. Pour out on a lightly buttered baking sheet and allow to cool completely. Break into small pieces or cut into bars.
