Two little princesses are on the way!  This enchanted invitation summons your guests for a royal celebration.  A wand & crown graphic and the pink & purple color scheme ensure for fairy tale princess magic, and we have included an ultrasound photo of each expected princess, although we can instead include a picture of the parents or the mommy-to-be.

1 (14 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1/2 cup whole almonds
1 lb. sliced bacon
1/2 cup plum or apple jelly
4 Tablespoons soy sauce

Fold each apricot around an almond. Cut bacon strips into thirds and wrap a strip around each apricot and secure with a toothpick. Place on large ungreased baking pan and bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

In a small saucepan, combine jelly and soy sauce and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until warmed and smooth. Remove from heat and serve with rollups.

3-4 lb. beef roast (sirloin tip, rump, English cut)
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. coffee
2 bay leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 onions, sliced

Sear roast in 1 tablespoon oil on all sides in heavy Dutch oven. Pour sauce over meat. Put half of onions on meat, the other half in sauce. Cover and roast 4-5 hours at 325 degrees.
