1 cup vanilla chips
2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese; softened
1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping; thawed
1/3 c. English toffee bits
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

In a large saucepan, melt chips over medium low heat. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set. Sprinkle toffee bits before serving.

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (can use canned)
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 t. cinnamon
Powdered sugar (opt.)

Cream butter and sugar; add sweet potatoes and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add flour and cinnamon, add to sweet potato mixture and mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 300 until brownies test done, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine, melted
3 sliced bananas
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. Vanilla Jello instant pudding (4 oz. serving size)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in bottom of a 13″x9″ pan. Press evenly onto bottom of pan. Arrange banana slices on crust. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding mixes and beat until well blended. Spread evenly over bananas. Spoon pineapples on top, evenly, over bananas. Spread whipped cream on top of that layer. Refrigerate for 3 hrs. before serving.

1 butter or yellow cake mix with pudding in(2 layer)
2 eggs
3/4 cup softened butter
2 cans apple pie filling(21 oz. size)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream, (8 ounces)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter together with a fork until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread pie filling on top. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over filling. Mix sour cream and remaining egg together. Drizzle over sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean.

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. pkg. choc. chips
1 c. peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350. (Glass dish 325). In 13 x 9 inch baking dish, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk over crumbs. Top with chips. Press down firmly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.
