An elegant sepia version of our Black & White Photo Save The Date Card, we left the scripty cursive font & altered the coloring for readability (the dark text is also a deep brown now to best match the design). This can also be done as a vertical design or with a color photo, of course.

1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. french vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 c. whip cream
1 graham cracker crust

Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, spice in a small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed w/ electric mixer until well blended.(about 1 min.) Fold in whip cream. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. (about 4 hours) Enjoy..

3 cups cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 – 3/4 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 – 3/4 cup sugar

Mix the potatoes with rotary beater until they are smooth. Then add the other ingredients to the potatoes and beat for 5 minutes. Pour filling into unbaked 9″ pie shell, bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
