Cute hair accessories for little girls

April 14th, 2007

pink daisy hair clipThere are certain things that will always be special to moms. If you have a boy, maybe it’s the day your little man pulls all the daisies from the neighbors yard to make a special bouquet for you. If you have a girl, it is the day you can pin her down long enough to give her some pigtails with adorable bows.

Boots and Bananas logoBoots n’ Bananas is a new online boutique, started by two SAHMs. They will be specializing in several toddler accessories and their line will be branching out to include items like t-shirts and bow holders.

Their bows are like no others- they come in every shade imaginable! Allison, the owner of BnB, custom matches bows to any outfit, and BnB sells adorable bows made to match Gymboree outfits.

Pink and black korker hair bowsThe great thing about BnB bows is the non-slip grip, available upon request. Added to the inside of the alligator clip, it is essentially for the a toddler that likes to tug and play with their hair. The grip is also great for any child with thin hair.

BnB offers korkers and simple covered clips, and will be expanding to regular looped bows in the future.

I have to admit my daughter is not a toddler, and she loved some of these bows!

super cute! I am going to get myself some and then push them to my clients. Too busy to make my own and they are never this nice! GL Busy Bee.

Now if only my daughter had some hair. LOL I had all these dreams of playing hair stylist with her but she has the finest, straightest hair imaginable. Thanks for the suggestion though! Hopefully I will be able to use them before she gets old enough to have her own opinions on how her hair should be done. (score one for boys - they don’t seem to care as much) ;)

haha, I might have to buy a few of those for myself - they’d be great for work! Most of the kids really seem to get a kick out of it when I wear fun, colorful jewelry and such. “Ooooohhhh, looks like candy! I want!”
