Cranberry Punch
May 22nd, 20071 can frozen limeade concentrate (6 0z)
1 1/2 quart cranberry, cranapple or similar juice
Stir into 2 quart pitcher and top off with 7-up or ginger ale
Freeze for a few hours, break up with a spoon, and serve in sorbet glasses.
If you want a punch bowl version, try adding a can of frozen cranberry concentrate and another can of frozen limeade to the finished punch bowl to intensify it and reduce the dilution of the ice melting.
