Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad Recipe:
1 eight-ounce container of whipped topping
1 eight-ounce container of cottage cheese
1 three-ounce package of Jello (any flavor you like)
1 regular can of crushed pineapple
Note: Instead of pineapple, fruit cocktail or mandarin oranges also can be used.
Dump the cottage cheese into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the dry Jello over the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Stir in the can of crushed pineapple. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving.
