Tragedy: I took Lil’ Duck to story time at the library earlier today, it’s been a while because of voting and there won’t be one next week because of the holiday, so I thought this would be a nice time to take him for once. However, it was apparently a horrible place to be, where he glared at the other toddlers happily hopping up and down, participating, from the safety of my arms (as he climbed me like a tree, agh). Good deeds are never unpunished. He continued to grump all the way through the grocery store, despite getting a cookie from the deli lady. Ah well.

You’re lucky. My son roars at the other kids at the library and scares them back to their mommies. Good thing I wasn’t there. People would think I taught him to do that.
