Chocolate Mint Cookies
1 lb. chocolate candy disks
5-6 drops peppermint oil (not extract)
50-55 Ritz crackers
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave adding the peppermint oil halfway through the melting process. Keep chocolate warm while dipping each Ritz cracker in the chocolate. Allow to cool on wax paper.
We do peanut butter between two ritz crackers and dip in chocolate… These sound awesome!!! I might steal this one!
