Chocolate Krispies
1 (12 oz) pkg milk chocolate chips
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
4 cups cocoa-flavored crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Stir in the peanut butter, cereal and pecans. Press into a 9×9-inch pan. Cut into bars.
Tip: The chocolate chips hold their shape when melted, so don’t wait for them to “look” melted or you’ll singe the chocolate.
