Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
1C margarine
3/4C brown sugar
1/4C sugar
1 box instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 teas. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4C flour
1 teas. baking soda
1 bag choc. chips
1C nuts (optional)
Beat margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in bowl until creamy. Add eggs. Slowly beat in flour and baking soda. Stir in chips and nuts.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
