1 medium head iceberg lettuce
3 cups corn chips
4 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 can chili with beans, 15 oz
Line salad bowl with outer lettuce leaves; cut remaining lettuce into bite size chunks. Place lettuce chunks, chips, pepperoni, tomato, cheese and olives in bowl. Heat chili; pour on top of salad. Toss lightly.
Makes 6 servings.
