In the two months (plus a few days
) that we’ve been blogging, we’ve had tons of fun meeting lots of new people, but we also were able to preserve memories forever. The first post was about the saga of the cell phone, something that continues today, really, and it just all grew from there. The ducks had a blast hosting the Carnival of the Vanities (and they enjoyed the splash of traffic from Instapundit, who was kind enough to link to our humble abode
) and they want to expound upon their tales in the near future.
Anyway, to answer Michele‘s question regarding what I love about blogging, my favorite parts are posts like this, just talking about the sweet little guy and enjoying every moment (and all his messes too!). I’m saving all this for him to enjoy later in life – it’s more fun than a regular memories book and I can share it with everyone else too! I’ve been just amazed by the people that truly seem to enjoy hearing about my little guy and our exploits – with all the blogs and people on the web, you don’t expect to really be noticed or anything. I love all the sweet comments, many more than I can ever mention, I made a list of 13 sweet ones I received this past week and that barely brushes the surface. I also love the fun memes and contests and auditions, I’ve met such wonderful people through them and it’s great for traffic as well.

Hey congratulations! It’s hard to believe you have only been blogging for 2 months. You seem like a seasoned veteran. Great job and I hope you get well soon.
Um…don’t know why I typed “she.” Maybe it’s because I’m a cat…yeah, that’s my excuse!
TWO MONTHS!? You are doing so well! At my blog’s two-month mark, I was still learning to type!
Don’t judge me. As a cat without opposable thumbs, I can not hit the space bar and it just slows me down.
Congrats! You are right, the memories you preserve here are so valuable. When duckster gets older, she is going to thank you for this documentation of her life.
I tricked the firewall today! It let me visit you. woo hoo~
Congrats on two months!!! I too have been at it two months and a few days. It is just addicting! I am hoping to figure out the TT, I hope to join that one day!
