Celebrating two months of captured memories…

In the two months (plus a few days ;) ) that we’ve been blogging, we’ve had tons of fun meeting lots of new people, but we also were able to preserve memories forever. The first post was about the saga of the cell phone, something that continues today, really, and it just all grew from there. The ducks had a blast hosting the Carnival of the Vanities (and they enjoyed the splash of traffic from Instapundit, who was kind enough to link to our humble abode ;) ) and they want to expound upon their tales in the near future.

Anyway, to answer Michele‘s question regarding what I love about blogging, my favorite parts are posts like this, just talking about the sweet little guy and enjoying every moment (and all his messes too!). I’m saving all this for him to enjoy later in life – it’s more fun than a regular memories book and I can share it with everyone else too! I’ve been just amazed by the people that truly seem to enjoy hearing about my little guy and our exploits – with all the blogs and people on the web, you don’t expect to really be noticed or anything. I love all the sweet comments, many more than I can ever mention, I made a list of 13 sweet ones I received this past week and that barely brushes the surface. I also love the fun memes and contests and auditions, I’ve met such wonderful people through them and it’s great for traffic as well.

I can’t believe you’ve just been blogging for 2 months. You are such a “presence” already. I started in April, but really got going in May. Although I don’t write about my kids all the time, I agree that it’s a great way to preserve what’s going on.

What fun, I too have only been on blogger about 2 months or so. I didn’t do my TT as I was expecting company, and now they are not coming for maybe a month or so. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Congrats on two months. I always seem to forget my anniversary dates for blogging. I’ve been at it now for about 6.5 months. I would have thought you’ve been at it longer too! Good work. :)
