Bat Wings
September 21st, 20081 dozen chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon ginger, crushed and chopped
Mix together soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Marinate chicken overnight. Grill in oven or barbeque.

Hmmm, methinks I’ll adapt this to cook up some chicken for a chicken-pasta salad. Mouth’s already watering.
(BTW, while you have the fresh ginger out, why not make some ginger ale? Really simple. Home made ginger ale and root beer have to be two fav things at twc central)
