I saw this at Pass the Torch, it’s a fun project at 5 Minutes for Mom, who was inspired by Darren’s 10 Tips for Photographing Babies, asking readers to post photos of their babies and list what worked or didn’t work in the photo. I can never resist an opportunity to share photos of the little guy, so I had to play along and I hope you will as well
.

This is one of my favorite photos of Lil’ Duck when he was still just a little thing. I love the angle (he is propped up on his boppy which is covered with our white blanket), the way it captures the pattern of his eyes, and his little almost-smile. I do wish I had moved the things in the background (which are mostly cropped and edited out here) and that I had a solid blanket rather than a patterned one, but in all, it’s still one of my favorites.

As always a beautiful picture, he’s such a handsome little “duck”!
I love his little “almost” smile.
So happy! The blue brings out those gorgeous eyes! Thanks for sharing!
