This baby friendly chicken in the crockpot recipe is mild enough for a picky toddler, but can be easily jazzed up with Franks Red Hot, Mrs. Dash or other mix-ins if desired.
6 boneless skinless frozen chicken breast halves
2 – 10 3/4oz cans cream of chicken soup
4oz can sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup fresh sliced (we omit this and add onions or other veggies as we aren’t mushroom fans)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1. Place frozen chicken in slow cooker.
2. Mix together soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
