Crust:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Filling:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended. Put into ungreased 8″ square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare filling. Blend ingredients together. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar; cool.
